RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
I work hard to ensure my handmade jewelries will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, please let me know so together we find a right solution.
SILVERSPARK will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, Mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order.
You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered items or any personalized engraved merchandise or final Sale items.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all SILVERSPARK tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as jewelry box and dust bags.
To return a shipped item to Silverspark, please follow these steps (they're also on your packing slip).
Silverspark isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
